For our Lugano Branch (CH), we are seeking professionals to join our organization. We are seeking talented candidates with solid hands-on experience in Power BI and Python, combined with a strong understanding of data warehousing and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data is visualized effectively for business stakeholders
- Automation of data processing, validation, and anomaly detection workflows
- Analyze and transform large volumes of data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with data engineers and other teams to maintain and enhance data warehouse solutions
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support analytical needs and data extraction
- Monitor data quality and implement checks to ensure the reliability of business-critical datasets
Tech Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with Data Warehouse solutions, ideally in the Financial Services/Banking sector
- Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using PowerBI
- Proficiency in Python, particularly for data wrangling, automation, and validation tasks
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, especially from an analyst perspective (writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries)
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and experience working with data warehouses
- Experience in ETL processes is a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle databases and PL/SQL is advantageous but not mandatory
- Good communication skills in both Italian and English, written and spoken

Location Requirement
