Job Description- Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable ingestion and transformation pipelines with PySpark, Delta Lake, and Azure Databricks.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an industrialization framework for data processes.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and actively challenge and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Guide local teams through coaching, workshops, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure high code quality, solid documentation, and reliable delivery
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Azure and strong proficiency in Python (PySpark).
- Proven experience with production data pipelines and a strong sense of quality delivery.
- Experience with n8n or product data is a plus.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills; able to challenge business stakeholders.
- Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus.
