You will
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices across the organization.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower multiple teams on data standards and best practices.
- Work directly with teams to ensure understanding, buy-in, and proper implementation of data architecture strategies.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to encourage a shared ownership of data standards.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of data standards, making adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and incorporate these into training and standards.
You have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in training teams and rolling out data standards in a multi-team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship-building, negotiation, and consensus-building.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data concepts in understandable terms.
- Experience with modern data technologies and architectures, including cloud services and big data platforms.
