We are seeking a Senior Data & Cloud Architect to lead enterprise-scale data platform deployments and cloud modernization programs. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging complex business requirements with robust, secure, and scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise Databricks Lakehouse environments using Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables (DLT), and Spark compute clusters for efficient batch and real-time processing.
- Drive cloud data infrastructure modernization, including complex data migrations from legacy systems to cloud-native Databricks environments.
- Champion Terraform-first IaC deployments and design secure data network perimeters (e.g., Private Link, hierarchical firewalls) aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead technical pre-sales, including architecture design, PoC demonstrations, and the development of technical proposals, SOWs, and RFPs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to align secure, high-performance data architectures with client business outcomes.
Experience & Requirements
- Expertise: 8+ years in data/cloud engineering, with 5+ years dedicated to enterprise Databricks architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with the Databricks ecosystem, Terraform (IaC), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps), and identity federation (OIDC/SAML).
- Advanced expertise in at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Databricks Certified (Data Engineer Professional/Lakehouse Architect) and a professional-level Cloud Architect certification required. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business executives and drive decisions in high-velocity environments.

Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in data or cloud engineering
- 5+ years of enterprise Databricks architecture experience
- Deep hands-on experience with Databricks
- Deep hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Experience with identity federation using OIDC or SAML
- Advanced expertise in at least one major cloud provider: GCP, AWS, or Azure
