We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The role involves translating complex datasets into actionable insights, enabling strategic decision-making, and driving data-driven culture across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
KPI Definition: Define, monitor, and refine KPIs and business metrics aligned with organizational goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Data Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple systems.
Strategic Insights: Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and contribute to building analytical capabilities within the team.
Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
Excel Mastery: Strong proficiency in advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data modeling.
BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent visualization platforms.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Visualization Skills: Expertise in designing intuitive and impactful dashboards and reports.
Data Governance: Understanding of data quality frameworks, lineage, and compliance standards.
Communication: Strong ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Domain Knowledge: Experience working across industries with exposure to finance, operations, or customer analytics.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics and automation.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts for predictive insights.
Proven track record of leading data projects and driving adoption of BI solutions.
