We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to assist our data analytics team. This role is pivotal in driving insights through data analysis, performance reporting, and visualization to support strategic decision-making across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex datasets.

• Conduct data collection, exploration & analysis to uncover business insights, trends and patterns.

• Optimize data flow & architecture across operational and analytical platforms for efficiency.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by documenting processes and maintaining quality controls.

• Develop dashboards & reports to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, and finance to drive data-driven decisions.

• Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in Data mining & cleansing, and Data analysis.

• Advanced SQL.

• Strong reporting and data visualization skills.

• Experience with Big Query / Cloud platforms.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Strong Skills in Excel.

• Basic Knowledge of Statistics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
