StellarTech, a fast-growing international product IT company, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst,  who will play a key role within the Finance Department, driving data-driven decision-making across the entire organization.
You will be responsible for consolidating, validating, and analyzing data from all departments — including Product, Marketing, Operations, and HR — to build a comprehensive view of the company’s performance. Your insights will directly inform financial strategy and provide actionable recommendations to the C-level leadership team.

This role requires strong analytical and data-modeling skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to turn complex, cross-functional data into clear strategic insights. The ideal candidate combines financial acumen with broad business understanding, using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that directly impact company results.

What You’ll Do


- Conduct deep-dive analyses on unit economics, product performance, marketing ROI, and customer behavior.
- Create intuitive dashboards and reports that highlight actionable insights rather than raw metrics.
- Design scalable data pipelines and develop dashboards that feed financial models with clean, real-time inputs.
- Active participation in design and execution of A\B testing in pricing, currencies, taxes and other financial attributes. Validating and interpretation of results.
- Challenge existing metrics and frameworks — propose smarter and impactful ways to measure performance and predict outcomes.
- Support leadership decision-making with data-backed recommendations.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across revenue streams, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Translate large, complex datasets into clear insights that influence financial and strategic decisions.
- Build financial and business models to simulate scenarios, test assumptions, and forecast outcomes.
- Continuously improve data quality, integrity, and accessibility across systems.
- Collaborate with LTV Lead to align with common goals and provide with additional deliverables for an accurate Company LTV.

What We’re Looking For

 - 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on financial, product and marketing analytics.

 - Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or similar. 
 - Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Apache SuperSet) and Data Modeling (JupyterHub, etc.)
 - Strong understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design. 
 - Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude). 
 - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 - Experience with customer segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus. 
 - Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies is a plus.

 - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.

 - Ownership: independently drives analyses from concept to implementation.

Nice to have

 - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud and ability to query data directly through AWS Athene or S3.
 - Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop) is a plus.
