About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst for the analytics team who can help us build the next generation of dashboards, reports, and other analytics for our customers in the provider/payer market.

A Day in the Life

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration/management tools (Jenkins) and software tools (Jira, Confluence, Github, etc.
• Develop, scale, and control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of Continuous Integration systems
• Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for automating data processing, API interactions, and system integrations.
• Proven expertise developing end-to-end data integration for complex projects using SQL preferably on Snowflake/PostgresDBs.
• Performance tuning at database level & SQL Query optimization Work with the Data Architect/Solution Architect and application Development team to implement data strategies.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle on projects from requirements discussions, development, deployment, final testing & validation of the final product as well as product support post delivery.
• Be able to understand customer requests and implement simple and effective solutions with minimal guidance and oversight.
• Implement projects in Agile; participate in Daily scrum meetings, Co-ordinate with various teams to achieve common goals
• Work with the Data Architect/Solution Architect and application Development team to implement data strategies.

 What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, with experience in SQL and Python
• Possess a customer-focused attitude through conversations and documentation
• Ability to lead a small team and manage the project deliverables for yourself and for the team.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Hands-on ability to set up reporting tools and build reports and ad hoc functionality
• Should be a very data-driven person with loads of curiosity and willingness to ask questions about the data
• Ability to think out of the box and find ways to bring efficiency in the existing processes.
