Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Experience required: Atleast 8+yrs of strong data analysis experience with powerbi, building dashboards, analysis

Current Need:

Mckesson is looking for a experienced Sr. Data Analyst to join the team of data engineering experts, in this role you will be driving the data analysis efforts in collaboration with various business stake holders from the PSAS business, ensure you validate the quality & security standards of the data assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT and Business leaders to understand data and analysis needs and work toward innovative and scaled solutions.
• Convert business needs into detailed and comprehensive requirements, guiding projects from initial use cases to final design and implementation.
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements and do the product backlog management.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of data assets, collaborating with different teams to meet Quality, Regulatory and security standards.
• Coordinate with technical teams in specifying data related needs for solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations Team in aiding operational excellence.
• Quickly grasp functional knowledge of PSaS Distribution business and support technical teams for effective delivery.

Critical criteria & minimum qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Snowflake, Databricks SQL
• Strong in database concepts 
• Proven expertise of Microsoft analytics technologies such as Power-BI
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud and its concepts
• Experience with SAP / Salesforce is preferred
• Strong experience in data analysis & UI/UX experience

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Pharma Distribution business
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
   

Education: Degree in computer science or related is preferred

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,000 - $180,000
