The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to transform complex data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities- Create reports by analysing data from multiple sources for various stakeholders
- Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and data models to support business strategy
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline data preparation, speed up querying, and optimize reporting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting standards
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven approaches
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear business impact narratives
