- Lead the culture of data-driven decision-making;
- Design and own the domain’s data foundation;
- Extract data insights into actionable visualizations;
- Contribute to designing data structures for reporting activities;
- Ensure that data products (dashboards, models) are consistent with current principles, guidelines, and standards;
- Drill down into the data to find specific insights and recommendations for the management and your colleagues.

- Proven experience in analytical role;
- Excellent and proven SQL skills;
- Experience in working with one of visualization software (Looker, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Grafana, etc.);
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to handle end-to-end projects;
- High degree of ownership, ability to operate independently and manage projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Passion for data analysis, visualization, and technology;
- Motivation to learn.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience with Data Build Tool (dbt);
- Have experience using Python for data analysis.
