How This Role Impacts Live Oak and Its People
The Senior Data Analyst, Deposits & Treasury Management is a critical analytics partner to the Deposits and Treasury Management organization as it scales. This role sits at the intersection of data strategy, forecasting, and automation — proactively identifying where current reporting and data processes fall short, and building the datasets, models, and tools the organization needs to keep pace with growth.
This person will build forecasts grounded in current market and rate conditions, translate complex data into clear stories for executive and board audiences, and modernize the spreadsheet-driven processes that support deposit pricing, funding strategy, and portfolio performance — using tools such as Databricks and Claude to automate what is manual today. The role also extends analytical support to partner functions including Marketing, Embedded Banking, and Merchant Services.
This role requires a strong analytics background, financial acumen, and the judgment to know where the organization's data and reporting needs are heading before a gap becomes a problem.
