About the Role
In our Data / AI Engineering team, you will be working closely with our best-in-class engineers, experienced in building ultra-modern products.

Tasks
* Design and develop complex solutions for Data-Intensive and AI Applications.
* Develop and optimize EL(T) processing pipelines to create the foundations for analytical / machine learning workflows.
* Be involved in all topics concerning data extraction, transformation, integration, and storage.
* Use your software engineering expertise to provide clean, extensible, and scalable solutions.
* Mentor the team to develop professionally
* You will work in cross-functional teams together with our client and stakeholders designing and implementing state-of-the-art solutions.
* Be comfortable sharing ideas and discussing different approaches in an environment where your opinion has a direct impact.

Requirements
Must have:
* 3+ years of experience working professionally with Python or other programming languages, and SQL.
* 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, AI Engineering, or similar positions.
* Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Experience with Data Platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
* Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
* Understanding of Distributed Systems.
* Motivated and fast learner.
* Development experience with Agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have:
* Experience working with stream processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink).
* Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or Prefect.
* Experience with AI Agent Frameworks (e.g.: MCP, LangChain, PydanticAI, LangFuse)
* Knowledge of PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
