Senior Cyber Auditor

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Essentials Plus and IASME Governance auditor to support our mission in providing clear and simple cyber advice to SMEs and enable them to achieve the Cyber Essentials Plus government standard and IASME Governance questions 

We want you to have the ambition to seek further cyber security auditing certification which could include ISO27001 or even other national certifications such as CSTM.

As an auditor at CyberSmart you will be auditing customer submitted Cyber Essentials and run Cyber Essentials Plus audits with customers using our bespoke web based platform, and providing support to customers via live chat or by answering work tickets. 

A key part of your day will not only involve providing security advice and support to our clients, but also providing support for the rest of the team, including Customer Success and Customer Support. 

You will own the delivery of Cyber Essentials Plus certifications and will often be called upon to provide accurate security guidance to new and existing customers around the scheme’s certification process as well as seeking potential business development opportunities.

• Timely assessment of all Cyber Essentials submissions - we aim to respond to all submitted certifications within the working day.
• Meet service level agreements targets in responding to live chats
• Audit our customers to Cyber Essentials Plus standard 
• Provide information security knowledge to clients as they seek certification and internally to Sales and Customer Success Account managers to facilitate development of new opportunities.

• IASME Qualified Cyber Essentials Plus assessor
• IASME Governance Assessor qualified
• Highly motivated, positive and with excellent interpersonal skills which you use to deliver quality and success across whatever you do
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak authoritatively with clients about cyber security
• A desire to continuously grow professionally will be a great attribute to have.
• You act with integrity and have a pragmatic, solutions-based response problems
