Job Title:Senior Customer Success and Training Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

Reporting to: Service Manager

We seek a dynamic and experienced Language Trainer to join our SolarEdge team in Bengaluru, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language teaching and a proven track record of over 2 years in training. This role requires expertise in dialect coaching, exceptional multitasking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Language Trainer will be responsible for identifying learning gaps and providing constructive feedback to the agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored language training programs that address agents' specific needs and proficiency levels.
  • Deliver engaging and effective language lessons through various teaching methods, including interactive activities and multimedia resources.
  • Provide specialized coaching to help agents master regional dialects and accents.
  • Evaluate agents' progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
  • Offer insights into cultural nuances to enhance agents' language understanding.
  • Conduct personalized coaching sessions to address individual challenges and improve specific language skills.
  • Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and group discussions to enhance agents' conversational and presentation skills.
  • Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies, tools, and technologies to continually improve the centre's quality.
  • Identify gaps in agents' understanding and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
  • Communication and soft skills training to the list and publish. 



Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in language training.
  • Proven experience in dialect coaching.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify learning gaps and provide constructive feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in Language, Education, or a related field (preferred).
