• Lead cross‑functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Production, and Sales to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions using structured problem‑solving approaches.
• Ensure customer feedback is clearly translated into actionable internal improvements through effective coordination and communication across teams.
• Participate in customer technical discussions and business reviews, representing the quality function while aligning internal stakeholders on commitments and timelines.
