We are looking for a Senior CPM who wants to work in a transparent, efficient, and fast-paced organization and have a tangible impact not only on the company's products, but also on its processes.

Position / Assignment Purpose :

The purpose of the Senior CPM is to own customer project execution for WWAN programs and ensure successful delivery from initiation through closure. The role exists to keep customer commitments, internal execution, technical readiness, and issue resolution aligned so that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to quality expectations. Own end-to-end customer project delivery, from kickoff through implementation, validation, and handover.

The WWAN customer project manager serves as the primary point of contact for the customer and coordinates all internal stakeholders supporting the account. The job typically includes planning, tracking, reporting, risk management, escalation handling, and communication across sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and support teams. In practice, this role bridges commercial expectations and technical delivery for WWAN device, module, carrier, or solution programs

Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work : 

  • Own end-to-end customer project delivery, from kickoff through implementation, validation, and handover.
  • Act as the main customer interface for Tier-1 PC project status, issues, changes, and escalation management.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and status reports.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements, dependencies, and deliverables stay aligned.
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify risks, drive mitigation actions, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support customer reviews, roadmap discussions, change requests, and ongoing account health reviews.
  • Ensure smooth communication between customer, internal teams, suppliers, and support functions

Required Education, Experience, and Competencies :

  • BS or MS in telecommunications, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of customer-facing project management experience is expected for technical telecom roles. 
  • Experience in WWAN, mobile broadband, network infrastructure, or related telecom product delivery is highly preferred.
  • Background in cross-functional project coordination, customer communication, and delivery tracking is important.
  • Have relevant carrier certification and regulatory support experience is preferred.

  • Customer management skills: relationship building, expectation setting, responsiveness, and issue handling.
  • Communication skills: clear verbal and written updates for both technical and business audiences.
  • Problem-solving and risk management: identify issues early and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordination and influence: work effectively across sales, engineering, operations, and support teams without direct authority.
  • Behavioral strengths: accountability, organization, adaptability, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Technical understanding of WWAN or telecom delivery processes, customer workflows, and lifecycle dependencies.
  • Must have good understanding in English.
  • Must be able and willing to travel.

* This position requires working on-site in Taiwan.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's in telecommunications, computer science, information technology, business, or related field
  • At least 7 years of customer-facing project management experience
  • Experience in WWAN, mobile broadband, network infrastructure, or related telecom product delivery
  • Background in cross-functional project coordination, customer communication, and delivery tracking
  • Relevant carrier certification and regulatory support experience
