We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist with French to join our growing Customer Experience team in Katowice. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment, managing customer orders, and collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
As a key member of the team, you will manage customer relationships throughout the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless order execution and proactive communication with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Process and manage customer orders using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Monitor order fulfillment and proactively resolve issues that may impact delivery.
- Provide customers with updates regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries, claims, returns, and invoice-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Risk Management, and other internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage order backlog and support revenue maximization activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working with SAP order management or another ERP system.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions, including Sales, Risk, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
- Experience managing customer claims and dispute resolution.
