We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CSO (Coupa Sourcing Optimization ) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our strategic sourcing initiatives for Complex Categories, leveraging leading technology platforms.
You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive cost savings, improve supplier relationships, and enhance overall procurement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sourcing strategies for Complex Categories.
- Analyze spend data, market trends, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide training to Client employees, on conducting Complex Sourcing Projects, driving the adoption of the selected tools.
- Stay up to date with industry leading practices and emerging trends in procurement and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in using Coupa Sourcing Optimizer (CSO) or Jaggaer Advanced Sourcing Optimizer (ASO) for sourcing activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
