* __Campaign Excellence:__ You have deep technical experience in Braze, going
well beyond campaign execution into its advanced technical capabilities. You
are the go-to person when it comes to getting more out of the platform.
* __Personalization at Scale:__ You move us away from manual segment-building
toward fully automated, individually relevant communication - leveraging
data, AI, and behavioral triggers.
* __AI & Automation:__ You actively integrate AI tools into CRM workflows to
increase efficiency, relevance, and personalization depth across all
touchpoints.
* __Transactional System Management:__ You own the technical maintenance,
monitoring, and optimization of our transactional systems to ensure critical
user communication is reliable and performant.
* __Scaling Experimentation:__ You design and run systematic A/B and multivariate
tests to optimize engagement and drive CLV - with a clear data-driven
framework behind every decision.
Your Experience
* __Experience:__ 4+ years in CRM and Marketing Automation, ideally in a fast-
paced, app-based B2C environment.
* __Braze:__ Hands-on Braze expertise is a must - you are technically fluent in the
platform and know how to unlock its advanced capabilities beyond standard
usage.
* __SQL:__ You are comfortable writing SQL for data extraction, segmentation, and
analysis.
* __Technical Stack:__ Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and Liquid templating.
* __AI-Affinity:__ You have a proven track record of integrating AI tools into
marketing workflows to drive personalization and automation efficiency.
* __Data Mindset:__ You don't just build - you measure, iterate, and optimize based
on clear KPIs.
