About the Role

As a Senior CRM Developer, you will work closely with both customers and internal team to design, build, and deliver scalable CRM solutions. You will take ownership of technical implementations, guide other developers, and ensure best practices across projects.

You are comfortable stepping into architectural discussions when needed, while still enjoying being deeply involved in hands-on development.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
  • Lead technical implementation in customer projects
  • Act as a technical mentor and support for the development team
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Drive best practices around development, integrations, and solution architecture
  • Build and maintain integrations with external systems (APIs, Azure services, etc.)
  • Contribute to internal products and reusable solution components
  • Support deployment processes, CI/CD, and overall solution lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • Solid experience with Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and/or Power Platform
  • Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with Dataverse, plugins, custom APIs, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
  • Understanding of solution design, scalability, and maintainability
  • Experience working with AI, both as a development tool and implementing AI-driven functionality
