The Senior Credit Analyst supports the quality and strength of UPCU’s loan portfolio through thoughtful credit analysis, sound judgment, portfolio monitoring, and effective collaboration with lending staff. The position provides an experienced and objective credit perspective while maintaining UPCU’s commitment to being generous, practical, and solution-oriented. The goal is not simply to identify risk, but to understand the complete credit situation and help determine how a loan can be structured responsibly for both the member and UPCU. The position understands and actively applies the Credit Union’s Mission, Vision and Values in all internal and external interactions.
