So, we need more folks just like us, who can come up with compelling content ideas and create them! We’re looking for the unconventional, less obvious, unseasoned (or over-seasoned) creative pros, but above all – passionate makers and culture shakers.
Job Overview:
Want in? We love dedicated video and design creators, subversive artists and illustrators, obsessive meme makers. What’s your hustle? Documentarian? DJ? Sports junkie? Fashionista? Blogger? Vlogger? Redditor? Are you an Insta-Feind? An unabashed Tik Toker? Or both? We’re here for all of it…Just as long as everyday you love coming up with insightful and relevant content ideas and have the skills to make them.
Duties:
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality social-first content at scale (4–8 pieces per day), optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
- Lead post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics (extracting insights, inform content iteration, and report key KPIs)
- Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery – from a collection of photography to short video clips – and turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences
- Advising clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
- Collaborating with our creative, analytics, and strategy teams to create and manipulate video, a plethora of photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories…etc.
- Developing strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implementing them
- Honing your design, video editing, and blurb-writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
- Assessing characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment
- Wrangling and rolling with your teammates to service rapid turnaround times, capturing trending moments, and delivering and receiving feedback, all while keeping a clear, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude towards content creation
- Developing and maintaining social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
- Coordinating special publicity events or promotions for internal and external audiences
Stay abreast of global trends, regional content nuances, and algorithmic shifts to ensure the creative output is always ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required 1+ years experience as a content creator is required
- Has an ability to make relevant content across all platforms and has extraordinary skills in: design, video editing and social media copywriting with a portfolio demonstrating successful multi-platform campaigns.
- Shows a demonstrable passion, curiosity, and experience in making creative content on social media platforms: Tweets, Tik Toks, Instagram visuals, You Tube edits…etc.
- Is responsible, accountable, deeply passionate about their own personal interests and hobbies
- Is kind, compassionate, and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration
- Must provide a reel or portfolio of original work at the time of application.
- Demonstrated experience scaling content for culturally diverse and bilingual audiences (English and French is preferred)
