First and foremost, you're a self-starter, fluent in internet culture and fundamentally understand Reddit and its role for brands. When it comes to advertising, you can instinctively identify perfect creative opportunities, you’re able to establish unique audience led insights that inform compelling reddit-first campaigns, and you can effectively articulate these ideas to both media partners, brand clients, and internal stakeholders, while also having production knowledge of how to bring these ideas to life. You'll essentially be bridging the gap between our key advertising partners and the everyday magic of Reddit.

Again, you're a self-starter who sees opportunity in everything. Even though Reddit has existed for nearly 20 years, we're just getting started. It might be scrappy at times and will require smart work to elevate Reddit across EMEA. It's imperative that you thrive in this kind of environment and embrace a "no job is too big or too small" mentality. We're seeking a Swiss Army knife Senior Creative Strategist to support our expanding sales business in the EMEA market.

What you’ll do:

• Transform and elevate client briefs into strategies, language, and visuals that resonate with Redditors, making them engaging and actionable.
• Design innovative ad concepts and campaigns that harmonise the goals of our advertising partners with the unique spirit of the Reddit community.
• Craft compelling pitches and communications that capture Reddit's essence for our expanding EMEA advertiser base.
• Develop impactful deliverables like narrative-driven presentations, partner with our global scaled team on producing localised scalable output, and create dynamic workshops —both digital and in-person—that convey Reddit's advertising proposition effectively.
• Serve as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddit's International Sales team and their clients, whether they're agencies or direct brands.

Qualifications + preferred skills:

• Had +5-6 years of experience in advertising, PR, media, or social media.
• Demonstrated a proven understanding of the relationships between creative agencies, media agencies, and brands.
• Excelled at prioritising and managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Proficient in Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop) is a bonus but not required.
• Possess professional writing experience for the internet—blogs, articles, ads, or social media content.
• Experience in media and/or creative agencies is highly desirable.
• Multi-lingual applicants preferred: Dutch + French + English ideally
