At LOOP, we don’t do traditional — we do what’s next. We’re looking for a Senior Creative or Associate Creative Director to lead high-impact creative work across premium automotive and performance-driven brands. You’ll bring sharp conceptual thinking, strong visual instincts, and a social-first mindset to every brief. From building platform-native content to exploring AI-driven production workflows, you’ll help evolve how the brand shows up across digital touchpoints and global fan communities.
This is a role for a hybrid thinker — someone who can inspire teams, dive into the details, and reimagine what luxury automotive creativity looks like today. Whether shaping campaign narratives or pushing fast-turn content for motorsport moments, you'll drive creative that’s not only beautiful but built for modern audiences.
- Lead Creative Direction: Drive the development of bold ideas and standout visuals across projects, ensuring creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Concept with a Social-First Lens: Create content ideas designed for digital and social platforms — fast, relevant, and visually arresting.
- Innovate Production Processes: Champion new methods of content creation, from nimble shoots to AI-assisted workflows that elevate speed and quality.
- Stay Hands-On: From early concepting to final delivery, roll up your sleeves to design, direct, or refine — setting a high bar for craft.
- Leverage Emerging Tech: Integrate AI tools and creative automation to streamline workflows and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with strategy, design, motion, and production to deliver integrated, platform-native creative that performs.
- Mentor and Communicate: Guide junior creatives, present work with clarity and confidence, and connect creative thinking to strategic brand goals.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 60,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
