Senior Creative Designer
ADI’s Software and Digital Platforms (SDP) organisation is shaping the software tools, platforms, and digital experiences that help customers discover, evaluate, develop with, and adopt ADI technologies.
We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to support software product marketing, go-to-market communications, and executive-level storytelling across the SDP organisation.
About the Role
As ADI’s software portfolio continues to grow, the way we communicate the value of our tools, platforms, and experiences becomes increasingly important. This role will help SDP translate complex software products, technical capabilities, and strategic priorities into clear, compelling, high-quality creative assets.
You will sit within the SDP Marketing organisation, with a strong dotted-line partnership to the Software Product Experience (SPX) Product Design team. You will work closely with product teams, product marketing, senior leadership, engineering, UX, technical writing, communications, and brand partners to create collateral that brings our software portfolio to life.
The role spans two primary areas:
Software marketing collateral design: supporting the go-to-market of SDP software products through presentation collateral, product visuals, launch assets, web imagery, video concepts, social content, and other customer- or stakeholder-facing materials.
Presentation and strategic communications design: working with senior leaders across SDP to shape, refine, and design high-impact presentations, strategy narratives, whitepapers, and cross-organisation communications.
This is an AI-forward creative role. We are looking for someone who actively uses emerging AI tools to scale creative workflows, accelerate concept development, support video and presentation production, and improve the consistency and quality of visual communication across the portfolio.
What you will be doing
Create compelling visual collateral that communicates the value of SDP’s software products, platforms, and experiences.
Partner with product teams to understand product capabilities, customer needs, release priorities, and value propositions.
Translate complex software concepts into clear visual stories, diagrams, product visuals, presentation narratives, and marketing assets.
Design launch and go-to-market collateral including decks, one-pagers, infographics, screenshots, hero imagery, social assets, internal enablement content, and video storyboards.
Work directly with senior leaders to create polished presentations and strategic communications for high-visibility forums.
Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate creative exploration, asset generation, presentation development, video concepts, and scalable production workflows.
Build reusable templates, asset libraries, and visual patterns that improve consistency across SDP marketing and leadership communications.
Partner with Product Design to ensure product visuals and experience narratives are accurate, coherent, and aligned with the Harmonic Design System where relevant.
Partner with ADI Brand Creative to ensure work reflects ADI’s brand standards, visual identity, and communication guidelines.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality presentation collateral for software launches, portfolio updates, executive reviews, town halls, strategy sessions, and customer or business unit engagements.
Create visual assets for software product go-to-market activities, including analog.com, developer portals, press or launch support, internal communications, and social channels.
Adapt product screenshots, workflows, and UI concepts into polished marketing-ready visuals while maintaining accuracy and product integrity.
Develop visual storytelling systems for explaining how SDP software tools and platforms connect across customer journeys and product ecosystems.
Support short-form video and motion-led storytelling through concepts, storyboards, art direction, asset preparation, and collaboration with internal or external production partners.
Create whitepaper visuals, diagrams, infographics, and narrative frameworks that help communicate strategy and alignment across organisations.
Maintain a high bar for visual quality, consistency, accessibility, brand alignment, and attention to detail.
Manage multiple creative requests and priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
Help define practical ways to use AI responsibly and effectively in SDP creative workflows.
