We partner with US clients across sales, marketing, business development, and operations to unlock growth and help our clients achieve their goals.We are seeking a skilled and versatile Designer to join our creative team.
As a Designer, you will collaborate with our design team to create visually stunning and engaging digital content for our clients. You will play a crucial role in assisting with design edits, ensuring attention to detail, applying feedback, and handling various design projects independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with design edits, ensuring the proper completion of design tasks.
- Review all aspects of documents before submission, including copy transfer, correct fonts, spacing, and overall design quality.
- Apply feedback directly and make revisions as required, demonstrating an ability to incorporate suggestions without extensive guidance.
- Take ownership of minor design projects, such as creating social media calendars, and see them through to completion independently.
- Be flexible and responsive to urgent client needs, adapting quickly to changing tasks and priorities.
- Maintain organization and structure when working with different clients and their design assets.
- Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for various digital design projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for creating and editing visual assets.
- Experience with web design tools like Figma and/or Adobe XD for designing website layouts and user interfaces.
- Familiarity with social media and editorial design, including creating brochures, e-books, guides, etc.
- Ability to work with Canva, especially for creating templates or modifying existing ones.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to reviewing and proofreading design work.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
- Advanced English skills
