Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Cost Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze cost reports related to manufacturing processes, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and expenses.
- Conduct product cost analysis, including bill of materials, labor costs, and overhead rates to support pricing decisions.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy in valuation.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights on cost trends and variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls while maintaining accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
