Content plays a central role in how users experience Sri Mandir. From social media and CRM communication to brand storytelling and product-led narratives, words help us inform, inspire, and build trust with millions of users every day. We’re looking for writers who understand culture, language, and digital behavior and can translate that into meaningful, high-impact content.
About the Role
This is a social-first, product-led content role.
We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Copywriter (Hindi & English) who understands the internet, thinks in frameworks, and knows how to turn insights into scroll-stopping content.
You’ll work closely with design, video, product, and marketing teams to create high-impact social content, ad copy, video scripts, and campaign narratives.
This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just write well, but thinks clearly.
What You’ll Do
Social & Copywriting (Hindi & English)
Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and ad copy for Instagram, YouTube, and digital campaigns
Create copy for Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts, and videos
Adapt tone effortlessly - conversational, emotional, devotional, playful - based on the brief
Content Thinking & Strategy
Start with clear Target Groups (TG) and map them to relevant content buckets
Think in hypotheses, not just ideas (Why will this work? For whom? What are we testing?)
Break down products into:
Feature-led
Benefit-led
Belief-led narratives
Campaigns & Collaboration
Support brand and product campaigns with clear, compelling copy
Collaborate closely with designers, video editors, and marketers to deliver polished, on-brand content
Translate briefs into strong, copy-led concepts
Testing & Iteration
Define objectives, success metrics, and key learnings for content buckets
Learn from performance and iterate fast
Stay on top of trends, pop culture, and internet behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant
What We’re Looking For
3–4 years of experience in copywriting / content writing for digital-first or consumer brands
Strong command over Hindi and English (Hinglish writers welcome)
Proven experience writing:
Social media copy
Ad copy
Reels / Shorts / YouTube scripts
Strong sense of storytelling, hooks, and audience-first writing
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to think end-to-end:
TG → Insight → Hypothesis → Content → Test → Learn → Iterate
Skills Required
- 3-4 years of experience in copywriting or content writing for digital-first or consumer brands
- Strong command of Hindi and English (bilingual)
- Proven experience writing social media copy
- Proven experience writing ad copy
- Proven experience writing Reels / Shorts / YouTube scripts
