THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/x) to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you will ensure transparency in financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to process optimization.
* Preparation of budget, forecast, and actual vs. target analyses
* Further development of controlling reports and KPI management
* Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
* Analysis of variances and derivation of action recommendations
* Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations
* Preparation of actual vs. target comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations
* Establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS)
YOUR PROFILE
* Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in controlling, ideally within an IT environment
* Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools
* Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
