The Senior Contracts Administrator must effectively resolve contract issues in collaboration with contract management and work independently to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial. Collaboration with the Finance team to ensure accurate contract values, funding, deadlines, and other financial requirements are met is also required.
Qualifications:
Salary range depending on experience = $150,000 - $210,000

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracting.
- Extensive experience with full cradle-to-grave contract life cycle support, including comprehensive compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and administrative skills in interactions with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in resolving contract issues of varying complexity and achieving resolution.
- Ability to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of different subcontract types (e.g., FFP, T&M, Cost Plus, hybrids) is highly desired.
- Experience with Unanet and contract management tools is preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
