Role Overview:
The Content Marketing will be responsible for planning, creating, and distributing content across multiple channels—website, blog, social media, email, and third-party publications. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft narratives that position us as an authority in the SaaS space, while ensuring our content is optimized for search, discoverability, and measurable impact. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development
- Own the editorial calendar aligned with company goals, campaigns, and product launches.
- Write and edit a variety of content formats: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, newsletters, and website copy.
- Produce thought leadership pieces in partnership with executives and subject matter experts.
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
SEO & Growth Content
- Conduct keyword research and build content optimized for organic search and conversion.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to refine SEO and content strategy.
- Collaborate with web and demand-gen teams to improve site traffic, lead quality, and engagement.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Meta, IG Podcast, etc.).
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging social posts, threads, and multimedia content.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and industry conversations to identify opportunities for engagement.
Collaboration & Thought Leadership
- Partner with product marketing to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to create content that supports the buyer journey.
- Work with PR/communications teams to secure guest posts, bylines, and media opportunities.
Requirements

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Experience managing social media channels for a brand, including audience growth and engagement.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Framer).
- Familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Conversion AI).
- Basic design or multimedia skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience ghostwriting executive content for thought leadership.
