The Role
As a Senior Content Creative(Dutch Speaking), you’re a skilled storyteller with a talent for crafting organic content and social led campaigns for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. With more than 5 years of agency experience, you’re proficient in ideating creative concepts, presenting ideas to clients, operating a phone camera, and editing to enhance stories.
You know how to hook viewers and keep them engaged, drawing inspiration from creators like MrBeast, who consistently goes viral, Jacquemus with their aesthetic Instagram carousels, Kai Cenat’s ability to hold attention for hours, and Kinigra Deon, who creates Netflix-quality episodes with her siblings.
You will inspire our Juniors and interns by staying deeply connected to social content and culture and understanding how content and creativity resonate within various communities, and keeping up with the latest trends, challenges, and features.
Dutch language skills are mandatory. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.
What you’ll do
- Ideate and produce short-form video content for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop social led campaigns and organic content that effectively achieve client objectives
- Collaborate with the content strategist to create engaging, on-brand, on-platform content that resonates with the community
- Stay updated on the latest short-form platform features and trends, turning them into impactful brand content
- Lead Juniors and Interns, ensuring that they have clear guidance and a thorough understanding of their responsibilities
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Passionate about storytelling through short-form video
- Concept driven, strong taste, detail focused, and able to think in bigger narratives
- Skilled in developing social led content formats, and series and presenting them to clients
- Good in understanding client objectives and translating them into effective social campaigns
- Proficient in capturing social organic content with cameras or smartphones, with a strong grasp of lighting and framing
- Enthusiastic user of TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in using in-app editing tools like YouTube Creator Studio, CapCut, and Reels
- Experienced in coaching juniors and interns with clear feedback and development opportunities
