Job Profile Summary
As a Senior Content Analyst, you will be responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange and contributed data. You will need to ensure that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner by creating or running data quality checks and standards. You will respond to data queries from both internal and external clients. You will also be responsible for supporting the training of entry-level associates with regards to the product, workflow and databases and coaching and training analysts on data issues and products.
Team overview
Our team specializes in maintaining both static and dynamic data across a wide range of fund types. On a daily basis, our analysts engage with Fund Management Companies to validate and confirm critical information sourced from financial documents. This ensures that we consistently deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality data to our clients.
In addition to our core data operations, we are proud organizers of the Lipper Fund Awards, globally recognized and prestigious accolade presented annually to top-performing funds. These awards span over 17 countries and are highly regarded within the investment management industry, celebrating excellence and consistent performance.
Daily tasks and core objectives:
- Provide high-level support to internal and external clients by responding to complex data queries and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client experience.
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise and act as a technology enthusiast, actively leveraging tools, automation.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance automated solutions to source, validate, and load pricing and performance data into internal databases.
- Utilize AI capabilities and analytical tools to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Work extensively with internal systems, databases, automation tools, and reporting technologies as a core part of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Actively contribute as a member of the Lipper CST.
- Create, distribute, and oversee custom data and content enhancement reports, leveraging technology to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of data across internal databases.
- Coach and train new joiners and analysts on data processes, systems, products, and the effective use of technology and automation tools.
- Support the Team Leader in workload planning, task allocation, and operational coordination, while promoting a technology-first mindset within the team.
- Proactively engage with external clients to resolve data-related queries and enhance overall service delivery through efficient, tech-enabled solutions.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience working with Python for data processing, automation, and analytics
- Strong understanding of AI applying AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and data quality
- Technical & Innovation Mindset – Strong interest in technology and process improvement
- Proven ability to handle and analyse large volumes of data efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI for workflow automation and dashboard development
