HV Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Engineer to provide high-level technical leadership across complex engineering design, product development, manufacturing, testing, and operational initiatives.
This is a highly influential engineering role for a proven technical leader with deep gas turbine design expertise and a track record of taking complex products, components, or systems from concept through validation, testing, and production.
The Senior Consulting Engineer will work across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and operations teams, serving as a trusted technical advisor to leadership while driving engineering best practices, technology strategies, process improvements, and solutions to complex technical challenges.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who can lead without relying on direct authority, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and take ownership of significant engineering initiatives.
What You'll DoEngineering & Technical Leadership- Lead the design and development of complex components, systems, technologies, and products.
- Serve as a technical lead for major engineering and new product initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field.
- Approximately 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong gas turbine design experience.
- Proven experience as a Design Lead, Technical Lead, Project Lead, or similar engineering leadership role.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex engineering, design, or product-development projects.
- Strong experience with component and/or system design.
- Experience taking products or components from concept through design, validation, testing, and production.
