Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with strong experience in Django and Flask frameworks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust back-end services and RESTful APIs, contributing to high-performing, scalable applications in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python frameworks like Django and Flask
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic
• Design and implement APIs and backend services
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions and feature implementations
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong experience in Django and Flask frameworks
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite
• Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems
• Experience with unit testing and debugging
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
