About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants to deliver exceptional client service and drive project success. You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, while ensuring high-quality project execution and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of consultants, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and development. 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and develop tailored solutions. 
• Allocate resources effectively, balancing workload and skillset requirements across the team. 
• Provide guidance and direction to team members, setting clear expectations and objectives for project deliverables. 
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing development plans as needed. 
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
• Manage client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner. 
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. 
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to clients, effectively communicating project updates, findings, and recommendations. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing consulting methodologies and approaches. 
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development, client pitches, and identifying new opportunities for client engagement. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 
• Proven experience (4+ years) in management consulting or a related field, with a focus on strategy, operations, or organizational improvement. 
• Strong track record of successfully leading and managing teams, delivering high-quality projects, and achieving client satisfaction. 
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to stakeholders at all levels. 
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
• Proficiency in using project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.). 
• Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. 
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a client-centric mindset. 
• Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
