M9 Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Tysons or Arlington, VA. An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality supply chain solutions to federal and public sector clients.
- Serve as a technical lead on client engagements, leading valuation efforts to assess asset value and establish opening balances.
- Prepare and present valuation updates to government clients; lead discussions with stakeholders.
- Lead business process mapping efforts and develop Risk and Control Matrices (RACMs) to support audit remediation and financial readiness.
- Design integrated project plans and corrective action strategies to ensure timely, efficient delivery of key program objectives.
- Support strategic business development efforts by contributing to proposals, white papers, business cases, and executive-level briefs.
- Conduct procurement assessments and provide strategic recommendations using performance metrics, procurement maturity models, and category management principles.
- Develop future-state roadmaps for state and federal procurement organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Must be available to work onsite two days per week in Tysons or Arlington, VA.
- 3 - 7 years of relevant consulting, audit readiness, or supply chain experience within the public sector or federal government space.
- Strong understanding of audit processes, internal controls, valuation methodologies, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead working groups, and communicate technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Experience developing business process documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with project management or process mapping tools is a plus.
