You will:
- Lead collaborative teams in delivering high-impact solutions for clients in various domains, including strategy development, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and market research;
- Build and nurture partnerships with public institutions, NGOs, and international organizations to drive community welfare initiatives and innovative policy solutions that enhance citizens' lives;
- Facilitate innovation by guiding governments, universities, and corporations in developing ecosystems that promote entrepreneurship, research commercialization, and sustainable growth for start-ups and SMEs;
- Conduct comprehensive analyses, benchmark progress, and utilize your expertise to recommend best practices that foster social and economic development;
- Mentor and lead junior consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth within the team.
Requirements:
- Masters degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field;
- Ability to lead projects and teams effectively;
- Fluent level of English language as well as fluent level of local language;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making;
- Proven experience working with diverse client bases, from private sector businesses to public organizations and innovation-focused entities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive collaboration;
- A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to creating tangible outcomes for clients and communities;
- Ability to work from office at least 3 days/week.
