Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and support Navy Programs at PMW 240- supporting the Identity Credentials Access Management (ICAM) program. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this strategic program and contribute to the advancement of our client's mission.

This position can be located in Arlington, VA or Charleston, SC along with a hybrid in-office work schedule.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact:

• Collaborate with the PMW 240 team to oversee and manage ICAM Program's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the ICAM Program, providing insights and recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and coordination of efforts.
• Identify potential risks and challenges within the program and work proactively to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Provide expert guidance and consulting services to the PMW 240 team, offering insights on best practices, industry trends, and innovative solutions to drive program success.
• Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards of the Navy mission and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 15+ years professional experience in Program/Project Management.
• Navy experience preferred.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development.
