Job Description
Position: Senior Consultant 1 / Consultant 3 (C3)
Unit: Advisory – Local Qatar
Reports to: QRM Lead
Salary - 25 to 35 Lakhs PA
Role Summary:
The Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the business with the applicable quality and risk management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting risk management procedures, including but not limited to, conflict check procedures, client, third party, engagement acceptance procedures, reviewing the proposals and contracting arrangements.
Support on risk management and quality related projects, like, enhancements to policies, procedures, automation or implementation thereof.
Supporting the business in meeting the key requirements in the stated focus areas.
Support the business by conducting compliance audits in relation to risk management, quality and engagement documentation requirements.
Support on any external quality and risk management audits
Stakeholder management in relation to the above-mentioned areas.
Legal and regulatory support on ad hoc basis.
Prepare and conduct training on topics related to quality and risk management processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in compliance or Risk Management role
Strong risk management awareness and expertise in risk management tools.
Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment.
Proven experience in identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve risk-related challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in business English.
Ability to coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working across teams and functions in a professional setting.
Educational Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA or Degree in Law, or a master’s degree in a relevant field.
