About the role
The Senior Consultant – Treasury Integrity is a client‑facing expert responsible for delivering end‑to‑end implementations of the FIS Integrity (Corporate Liquidity / Treasury & Risk Manager – Integrity Edition) platform.
This role combines deep treasury domain knowledge with hands‑on system configuration, advisory capability, and project leadership. As a senior member of the Professional Services team, you will guide clients through scoping, design, build, testing, and go‑live, ensuring successful adoption and long‑term value realization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Delivery & Advisory
Lead Functional Design Sessions (FDS) and advise clients on best‑practice treasury processes (cash management, forecasting, deal management, risk management, accounting, bank connectivity, intercompany processes).
Translate client business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Provide expert guidance on data structures, static data, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
2. System Configuration & Solution Ownership
Configure Integrity modules across Cash & Liquidity, FX/MM/IR deals, Payments, Hedge Accounting, Forecasting, Risk, Interfaces, and Reporting.
Support integration workstreams (ERP, market data, confirmation matching, settlement, bank connectivity via SWIFT/EBICS/APIs).
Work with technical consultants to validate interface specifications and troubleshoot interface issues.
3. Project Execution
Act as functional lead on medium‑to‑large scale client implementations.
Create and maintain project deliverables including design documents, configuration trackers, test scripts, and migration workbooks.
Support user training, UAT execution, triage of issues, and go‑live readiness.
Participate in planning sessions, steering committees, and project governance.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate risks, dependencies, timelines, and solution decisions clearly to clients and internal leadership.
Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer within the team.
5. Post-Go‑Live Support
Assist in Hypercare and stabilization phases.
Help clients optimize their setup and adopt new Integrity features.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
What you will bring:
5+ years in corporate treasury, consulting, or financial systems implementation.
Strong knowledge of treasury processes:
Cash management & reconciliation
Financial instruments (FX/MM/IR), settlements, and confirmations
Liquidity planning & forecasting
Intercompany loans & in‑house banking
Treasury accounting principles
Hedge accounting (nice to have)
Understanding of file formats (XML, CSV, SWIFT), APIs, and ERP interfaces.
