Senior Consultant Supply Chain Planning

• Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and keep track of deliverables and milestones.

• Guide people – both from Bluecrux and from the customer – by assuming a coaching role, supporting them in reaching their goals, and mentoring other consultants within your workstream.

• Follow up in your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.

• Contribute to strategic, supply chain–wide transformation that drives growth, reduces costs, and sparks innovation for our global customers.

• Co-create and design the “to be” state of the future planning organization and processes, creating documentation on both process and organizational levels.

• Prepare and host client workshops to detect client needs, capture challenges, and design solutions.

• Look at the big picture and collaborate with other workstreams, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and aligned.

• Provide guidance during the implementation process, ensuring it happens in a smooth and structured manner.

• Contribute hands-on to the implementation alongside the client, making the transformation real.

• Be part of one integrated project team with your Bluecrux colleagues, the customer, and the tool provider, working all together towards one common goal.

• Internally, take opportunities to generate impact by assuming an additional role (e.g., people coaching, content development, or commercial contributions).

• Guide change and help carry out improvements.

• You are open to travel.

• You hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics. An MBA is a plus.

• You have at least 4-8 years of experience in supply chain & operations, from which at least 2 years in consulting or in project management.

• You have experience with planning activities and hands-on experience with OMP or Kinaxis

• You’re fluent in English and Spanish.

During these E2E supply chain planning transformations, our experts support our customers in every step of their journey. We partner up to define a vision and review the operating model to create a strong and agile basis for the future.

The Plan business unit designs & implements our customers’ business transformation by defining the future organizational operating model, designing new ways of working & solutions advanced planning systems (APS), feeding their data factory, accelerating their setup towards agile S&OP or guiding them through their end-to-end supply chain planning. We do not work for them but rather with them, and we stand by their side the entire time. That is the only way to make changes stick and flourish.
