Job DescriptionThe Senior Consultant Program Set-Up plays a key role in delivering advisory engagements focused on program set-up, transformation, and performance improvement across major capital programs.
The role is responsible for owning defined workstreams, structuring complex problems, and delivering high-quality, client-ready outputs. Senior Consultants are expected to work independently, engage directly with client stakeholders, contribute to shaping solutions across engagements and leverage digital and AI-enabled approaches to enhance delivery.
Qualifications- A Degree in a relevant discipline such as Engineering, Business, Economics, Commerce, or similar
Professional certifications/accreditations (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, CFA) are advantageous but not required.
Typically 4–8 years’ experience in management consulting, advisory, or complex program / infrastructure environments
Demonstrated experience owning delivery of workstreams or project components within client engagements
Experience working with and managing stakeholders across complex organisational environments
Exposure to infrastructure, capital projects, or asset-intensive sectors (public or private) including but not limited to:Portfolio & Program Set-Up
Controls & Performance
Risk & Compliance
PMO & EPMO
Governance & Assurance
Delivery Management Systems
Benefits Management
Experience contributing to problem structuring, analysis, and development of client recommendations
