Your Opportunity
As a Data Analytics Senior Consultant specialising in Payroll compliance, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients identify and remediate breaches against an employer’s Enterprise Agreement, Modern Award, National Employment Standards or jurisdictional based long service leave legislation.

You will be leveraging your experience in business analysis, data investigation, and analytic skills to identify, investigate, quantify, and report on wage underpayment matters.
Working with a diverse team of data analysts and subject matter specialists, your work will help uncover discrepancies, support ethical business practices, and uphold the rights of workers across Australia.
Responsibilities
Data driven investigation to identify potential instances of wage underpayment against complex pay rules and entitlements
Conducting data quality reviews and identify data anomalies in relation to time & attendance, human resource and payroll systems
Development of calculation models to assist in remediation of complex wage and leave issues
Development of ongoing monitoring reports and dashboards to assist with ongoing wage compliance
Cost modelling to support clients in the planning and negotiation of new Enterprise Agreements.
Experience
Must have experience in analysis of large and complex payroll and time & attendance data to identify or quantify wage compliance issues.
Experience in development of SQL, Alteryx or Excel data models or demonstrated analytical ability / willingness to learn.
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Background in professional services is preferred.
Desired tertiary qualifications in a combination of business disciplines (e.g., finance, accounting, law) and technical disciplines (e.g., engineering, IT, computing).
