Drive transformation across high-value payment systems in a fast-evolving global landscape
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Banking & Payments practice, supporting large-scale payments transformation initiatives. This role combines Business Analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities, working on high-value and cross-border payment systems. You will play a key role in delivering change across complex payment infrastructures while collaborating with global stakeholders in an agile environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis activities across high-value payments and transformation initiatives
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and support delivery as a Scrum Master across cross-functional teams
- Gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into actionable deliverables
- Support transformation programs across payment systems including cross-border transactions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Scrum Master within Banking or Payments
- knowledge of high-value payment systems and transaction flows
- Working knowledge of FEDwire, CHIPS, and ISO20022 (pacs.008, pacs.009)
- Experience delivering within agile environments and facilitating Scrum practices
- Ability to engage stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly across teams
Bonus Points For
- Experience in payments transformation or modernization programs
- Exposure to cross-border payments and regulatory considerations
- Familiarity with financial messaging standards and payment processing systems
- Experience working with Tier 1 financial institutions
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis disciplines
