Job Description:
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support
Working knowledge of Fast Formulas
Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing
Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher
Strong communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Absence Management (Mandatory), Time and Labor
Configure absence plans, accrual rules, carryover policies, and entitlements
Configure time entry layouts, schedules, time categories, validations, and approvals
Support time calculation rules and workforce compliance requirements
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams
Provide L2/L3 production support for time and absence issues
Support Oracle quarterly releases, regression testing, and enhancements
Assist with integrations and reporting
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management
Experience troubleshooting accrual, balance, and absence eligibility issues
Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
