Job Description: 

 

  • Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

  • At least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

  • Strong experience in implementation + AMS/production support

  • Working knowledge of Fast Formulas

  • Experience with Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing

  • Exposure to support HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, or BI Publisher

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Absence Management (Mandatory), Time and Labor

  • Configure absence plans, accrual rules, carryover policies, and entitlements

  • Configure time entry layouts, schedules, time categories, validations, and approvals

  • Support time calculation rules and workforce compliance requirements

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for time and absence issues

  • Support Oracle quarterly releases, regression testing, and enhancements

  • Assist with integrations and reporting 

 

Mandatory Skills

 

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management

  • Experience troubleshooting accrual, balance, and absence eligibility issues

  • Minimum 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience
