Senior Consultant - Office Capital Markets Join our Italian Office Capital Markets department in Milan, reporting to the Head of Office Capital Markets Italy.
What This Role InvolvesKey Responsibilities:
Working under the supervision of the Line Manager, you will manage existing sales mandates, supporting and advising all parties throughout negotiations to closing. You'll conduct financial analysis of opportunities through Business Plans and DCF models, and create compelling pitches to secure new mandates through location analysis, financial fundamentals review, macroeconomic context assessment, and leasing & investment comparisons.
The role involves conducting inspections, leading meetings, delivering presentations, and preparing comprehensive reports. You'll continuously map the market to identify new business opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with funds, property owners, developers, and investors, ensuring thorough follow-up with relevant documentation.
Additional responsibilities include collecting and sharing market intelligence with other departments (Research, Markets), executing active marketing activities during on and off-market sale procedures, and preparing essential documentation including cadastral surveys, surface area analysis, rent rolls, tenant covenant assessments, and financial balance sheet analysis.
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
A degree or master's in economics or technical disciplines (Real Estate, Economics, Law, Architecture, Building Engineering) with approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Real Estate Market dynamics and technical aspects is essential.
We seek someone with exceptional commercial acumen, including proven negotiation skills, client-facing capabilities, and the ability to establish and manage high-profile professional relationships. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented, with excellent teamwork abilities and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and strong business English capabilities are required.

Responsabilità Principali:
Lavorando sotto la supervisione del line manager, gestirai mandati di vendita esistenti, supportando e consigliando tutte le parti coinvolte durante le negoziazioni fino alla chiusura. Requisiti Essenziali:
Laurea o master in discipline economiche o tecniche (Real Estate, Economia, Giurisprudenza, Architettura, Ingegneria Edile) con circa 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili. È essenziale una solida conoscenza delle dinamiche del mercato immobiliare e degli aspetti tecnici.

Sono richieste competenze tecniche nella suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) e business English.
