About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):

Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.

We work at the intersection of strategy, supply chain, and technology where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.

Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.

If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.

Role Overview:

You will own hands-on configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of a global Manhattan Active WM template in a large, multi-customer program rolling out across dozens of warehouse sites a year. Working from approved functional designs, you turn requirements into standardized, reusable configuration and keep customer-specific complexity out of the template. The role works hours aligned to US Central or Eastern time, with travel within Latin America and to the US for go-lives when required.

Mandate:

  • Configure Manhattan Active WM independently from approved functional designs and template requirements
  • Build and maintain reusable configuration components that deploy consistently across customers, sites, and environments
  • Keep the template clean: flag conflicts, performance risks, and deviations to the Functional Architect
  • Test, package, and deploy configuration changes through a controlled release process
  • Support regional implementation teams through SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Technical: 3+ years configuring and implementing WMS, including 2+ years of recent, hands-on Manhattan Active WM configuration
  • Technical: practical experience with Manhattan Active Configuration Director, and configuring parameters, business rules, and workflows with an understanding of their dependencies
  • Technical: documenting, testing, and deploying configuration changes, and resolving configuration defects
  • Functional: strong command of warehouse processes: receiving, putaway, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Knowledge of functional and integration orchestration across WMS, WES, ASRS, AMR, GTP, WCS, Parcel Management systems, etc.
  • Functional: configuring reusable functionality within a functional template, working from written functional specifications
  • Language: professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken, plus native or fluent Spanish (Mexico) or Portuguese (Brazil). Spanish is a plus for Brazil-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Template Configuration

  • Configure inbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse execution processes
  • Configure MHE integration touchpoints for WES/WCS, ASRS, AMR, GTP, etc.
  • Configure and maintain system parameters, business rules, workflows, and operational settings
  • Build reports, documents, labels, dashboards, and implementation scripts to program standards
  • Manage configuration changes through Configuration Director and approved tools

Configuration Governance and Quality

  • Keep configuration consistent with approved designs and template standards
  • Avoid duplication and customer-specific dependencies; escalate design ambiguities
  • Maintain accurate configuration documentation, dependencies, and change history

Template Enhancement

  • Recommend simplifications and template enhancements from recurring implementation needs
  • Provide feasibility and impact input on functional change requests
  • Evaluate new Manhattan Active capabilities that reduce the need for extensions

Testing, Deployment, and Implementation Support

  • Unit and functional testing of new configuration; support automated regression testing
  • Support configuration packaging, versioning, and deployment across environments
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues during SIT, UAT, go-live, and stabilization
  • Transfer knowledge to client super users, regional configurators, and support teams

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Configuration items delivered on time and first-time right
  • Configuration defects found in SIT and UAT versus production
  • Documentation completeness for delivered changes
  • Go-live support issues resolved within agreed priority
