Management Consulting（コンサルティング部門）
【所属部署・チーム概要】Management Consultingは、IQVIAの戦略コンサルティング部門として、ヘルスケア・ライフサイエンス業界の変革テーマを専門に扱うチームです。
- クライアント：製薬企業を中心に、医療機器メーカー、コンシューマーヘルス企業、投資ファンドなど多岐にわたる
- 対応領域：
- 革新的新薬の研究開発からコマーシャライゼーションまでの各フェーズにおける戦略立案
- 組織最適化、営業改革、業務プロセス改善
- AI含むソリューション構想策定・実装
- 全社戦略、成長戦略、事業ポートフォリオ戦略、M&A/LA、海外進出/日本参入戦略
- 社内テクノロジーチームとの協業によるデジタルテーマ（業務改革の構想・実装）
- 強み：ライフサイエンス領域における深い専門性を有し、IQVIA国内外のデータプラットフォーム・デジタルアセット・専門人材を活用しながらクライアントの課題解決を支援

本ポジションは、ライフサイエンス領域の戦略プロジェクトの中心人物として、クライアントの最重要課題を解決するための付加価値の高いソリューションを構想・実行します。
APAC／グローバルチームと連携し、データ×戦略×テクノロジーを融合したコンサルティングを通じて、医療・ヘルスケア産業の変革をリードすることが求められます。
- クライアントの課題解決に向けたコンサルティングプロジェクトの企画・提案・推進
- 戦略テーマ（ブランド戦略、ローンチ戦略、NPP、デジタル戦略、営業組織改革等）のリード
- クライアント向けレポート・提案資料の作成および高品質なデリバリー
- 新規ビジネス機会の創出（フォローオン案件、追加提案など）
- 若手メンバーの育成・プロジェクトマネジメント
- 業界動向を踏まえたインサイト提供
- 社内外のステークホルダーとの連携・協業
- 若手メンバーをリードし、Project Managerとして高い品質でDeliveryする
